From Betsy Dillard Stroud's book "Painting from the Inside Out" we will paint a daring acrylic design from page 20 demonstration: the yellow line "Eat your heart out, Picasso" exercise.
"Set up your crowded still life by choosing overlapping objects.
Draw shapes using Cadmium Lemon Yellow with a no. 12 round brush.
Start painting the cloth with a 1-inch flat brush transparently.
Move from one shape to the next by changing the color and/or value every time you come to the yellow line.
Add final glazes and review Betsy's critique questions on page 24."
