From the book "The Artist's Muse" Liz Ramsey took the three stacks of cards out and shuffeled - and happily drew the next 3 cards for our group assignments!! Liz gets to pick the next person to draw next month!!


#1 Windows of Opportunity Card #19:
"Wet your paper thoroughly and draw freely with Caran D'Ache water-soluble crayons, Savoir Faire aquasticks, Cretacolor water-soluble pencils and any other drawing tools you wish. You may do this on wet or dry paper. Select your color scheme after this step, then draw and paint your subject over this agitated surface. Juxtapose flat neutral areas to offset colored areas."

#2 Doors of Awareness Card #25:
"Tear up and cut black, white and gray subjects from magazines and newspapers. Glue them onto a piece of mat board, leaving some of the mat board showing. Then translate the collage into a finished, full-color painting using a color scheme from the CIRCLE OF GROWTH deck."

#3 Circles of Growth Card #22:
"Use one fully saturated color, one dull color (neutralized with black or the color's complement) and one pale color."
